Artichoke hearts are amazing and if you dont like them something is seriously wrong with you. My cheesy artichoke bread takes it to a whole other level. Please excuse the shitty picture above.
Ingredients
- One cup artichoke hearts (I used canned)
- One clove garlic, pealed.
- One cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup crumbled Parmesan.
Preparation
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.Cut bread into four halves and place on baking sheet and cook till lightly brown and toasted.
- While bread is still hot, rub with the clove of garlic. The heat of the bread will melt the garlic letting the flavor soak in.
- Top the 4 halves with one layer of mozzarella, one layer of artichoke hearts, and additional mozzarella on top. Place back in the oven until cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven, top with parmesan. Let the parm melt for 2-3 mins. Eat and enjoy!
