Warm spring nights call for fresh, light ingredients served chilled on my balcony. This easy to make salad with creamy goat cheese, sweet agave nectar, and juicy peaches was the perfect way to top off a fabulous weekend.
Ingredients and Prep:
- One cup baby kale or spiniach
- One half a peach, sliced
- 1/3 a cup crumbled goat chesse
- 1/4 a cup agave nectar
- 1/4 a cup sliced basil
- Toss the peaches and basil in the agave nectar, place on top of the kale, add crumbled goat cheese and enjoy!
