Juicing: Pineapple, cucumber, and Lavender Juice


I have always had an obsession with the smell of Lavender but it wasn't until recently that I ever considered using it in my cooking. After tasting delicious blackberry lavender jam and ice cream I decided to take the plunge and blend some into one of my juices. The stubble flavoring of the lavender worked very nicely with the tartness of the pineapple and the the addition of cucumber lighted things up creating a delicious, healthy and fun summer drink. Ps: Add Gin.

Ingredients and Preparation 
  • Two cups pineapple
  • Two springs lavender , plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • Place all ingredients in a juicer, blend and enjoy!
